Serving the East San Jose community for over 30 years, The Foundation for Hispanic Education currently operates three charter high schools - Latino College Preparatory Academy (LCPA), Luis Valdez Leadership Academy (LVLA), and Roberto Cruz Leadership Academy (RCLA).}
